If you think you cannot eat at the food court and keep yourself in shape, you are wrong. Many food courts have a ’salad bar’ where you get to pick and choose certain foods. Today I went downstairs, to the food court and purchased my meal… It was $6.72 and here is an image of it:

My healthy ‘fast food meal’ had these ingredients in it:
- Spinach
- Green Salad/Red Salad
- Red Bell Peppers
- Peas
- Corn
- Broccoli
- Cottage Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- Almonds
- Olives
- Sunflower Seeds
- Tuna
- Tomato
This is a good mix of foods, and I can easily eat half during the day… and eat half later, about 2.5-3 hours later, so that I keep my metabolism going all day. It is a must to eat healthy when you are trying to get ripped. Broccoli and protein will be a wise choice as often as possible…
As you notice, these are foods that are all healthy on their own, and taste very well together. Normally you might add a lot more protein, or maybe some beans to your meal, and keep it smaller… I split mine into 2 meals, but purchased a big one to show you a multitude of ingredients anybody can use to get ripped, flat six pack abs.
Try eating fruits instead of snacks, chips or sugar bars…
That’s how to eat Healthy Food From Your Food Court, any other fast food is most likely junk!
