Even though crunches are not the most effective exercise to get six pack abs, it has to be included on any six pack website, because it will still help you get a more defined midsection… Just not burn belly fat from your stomach.

Truth be told, I do a fair amount of sit-ups myself, but they are not the primary workout for my six pack. It’s part of a bigger scheme, and if you want to know how you can get absolutely ripped without doing a single crunch, then this is definitely for you!
