Most people who don’t already have them stand on the sidelines watching other people, thinking “How do I get those ripped six pack abs?”… Well, today I’ll expose a secret or two. The first BIG secret is that there is no secret, only hard work and dedication. A key ingredient to getting that flat ripped stomach you desire is to have something that motivates you… Why else would you do it?
So I’m about to tell you something that will not only get you moving, but will get rid of a lot of misconceptions of how to get a six pack, and many dangers of having excess belly fat. Yes, it is dangerous to have that extra belly fat… Statistics show that the majority of stroke, cancer and other heart related DEATHS are because of obesity.
The problem is that most people are not aware that their belly fat can slowly kill them, or that the foods they eat is poisoning their bodies… Well, here’s a safe, easy and fun way to get rid of belly fat and start seeing that six pack again.
Did you know that everyone already has a six pack?
Yes, all humans have the same muscles that make up the “six pack”. The six pack is actually made up of the abdominal muscles and oblique muscles on the front of your stomach, and you do not need to do a lot of abdominal exercises such as crunches, sit-ups or use any machine you buy on TV infomercials… All you need to do is burn off the fat on top of your existing six pack and it can instantly be seen.
The process takes a while, but here are simple rules to follow:
Rule #1: Every day, eat less calories than you get rid of. This actually makes your body go into the fat layers of your body for energy, so it can survive… But also remember to eat 5-6 balanced, but smaller meals every day.
Rule #2: Do some form of exercise, light or heavy 3-4 times per week, minimum. This is to help burn of extra fat that is not burnt naturally by your diet. It’s best to raise your heart rate, or pulse between 70%-80% of it’s capacity 3 times per week. This is called cardio.
Rule #3: Perform HIRT. HIRT stands for High Intense Resistance Training. This means, doing some kind of strenght training, but making it “high intensity”. This basically means, creating supersets out of your workout, so that you are constantly burning calories when you workout. Keep the workouts short, but intense.
Rule #4: Get plenty of rest. Your body burns a lot of fat when you are sleeping, so make sure you do not eat 3 hours before you go to bed. This helps the body use the fat stored on your body as fuel.
Rule #5: Eat plenty of protein each day! Protein is like the “building blocks” of your body. It’s the fuel that builds up your body. If you do not get it, it would be like trying to build a house, and every day, you need to wait for new bricks until they arrive… (When you eat protein…)
These are some simple, yet basic rules that will help you burn fat quicker than you ever imagined possible. I’ve been using these 2 simle tips for around 45 days now and I’m starting to see a beautiful six pack under my shirt… My arms feel bigger, and I have a lot more energy… I’m in less danger of disease, and my overall health seems better…
