Here you’ll find a proven workout that has been used repetitively to reduce body fat, and inches of the belly. This workout is effectively done in 20 minutes or less and is repeated 3 times per week for maximum results. Connect it with a good diet, and you’ll see faster results.

Dave Whitley uses this kettlebell workout. The great thing about it is that it’s so dynamic and fun. If you do not own kettlebells, you can always use something that resembles a kettlebell in weight such as a dumbell or a gallon of water… or even fill the carton with sand.

Why Would I Do This Workout For 20 Minutes?

Before you begin, make sure to warm up slightly and do some quick stretching. This will help make your body flexible and warm, so you do not hurt yourself when you perform the moves. It’s important to be warmed up before doing exercise!

A Series of Supersets…

In this workout, you will be performing 5 short supersets. What is a superset you may ask? It’s when you do 2, 3 or 4 exercises right after each other with no rest… People usually perform some variation of an upperbody, and lower-body superset. This means something like, push-ups then lunges right after, no rest.

Superset #1: Jump Squats + Double Clean and Presses

Do 3-5 squats. The squats should be performed by squatting, then jumping. And without resting, go straight into 5 double clean and press, using a heavy weight. (Remember to keep form!) When you have performed this 5 times, with rest for 1-2 minutes between each set… You are ready for superset 2!

Superset #2: Repetetive Double Arm Swings + Double Lunge To Press

You will have rested about 2 minutes now. The next move is the double arm swings. It is a highly effective core, hip and upper body workout. Repeat this for 20 reps. This is a tough exercise, so I recommend keeping your water close by at this point ;)… this exercise is designed not only to burn tons of belly fat, but tone and trim your butt as well :) - Do this and keep that unwanted, saggy fat off your butt and belly!

Then move into double lunge to press, with no rest! Perform 10-15 of them…

When you have done 20 + 15 the first time, wait 1-2 minutes and start performing the second set of 20 + 15 reps, and so on… keep going for a total of 4 sets.
