Six Pack Abs - How To Do Sit Ups For Six Pack Abs

In this video I am doing the basic sit up for six pack abs. You want to lay down on the floor and put your knees on the floor like the video explains. Then sit up using your abdominal muscles and make sure you get a nice contraction in the belly… Perform this exercise for about 12-20 repetitions, then rest for a good 30 seconds.

Repeat the exercise again for 12-20 reps and do this 3-5 sets.

This will help build the basic strenght for your abdominals, even though it’s not one of the best exercises for six pack abs, or burning the most belly fat…
