This is how to perform the overhead abdominal crunch as training for six pack abs. You will perform this exercise much like a normal crunch, by lying down on a comfortable surface with your back on the ground. Then perform a regular crunch while holding your hands above your head stretched out. This will add resistance to the crunch, which is essential to work beyond regular crunches or sit-ups.
